Renovanto exists because permit delays are a project-management problem before they are a drafting problem.
The founder's story
Renovanto was founded by a senior solar project manager with more than seven years in North American solar. Across that career the founding team has delivered 200+ projects and managed 50+ EPC builds between 100 kW and 2.5 MW, including a 5 MW rooftop from design through commissioning.
That experience produced one consistent observation: the drawings decide the schedule. A set that anticipates the reviewer clears in days. A set that does not costs two weeks and a customer's patience. Renovanto was built to produce the first kind, every time.
The team works daily in AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope, Aurora, ETAP and EasyPower, and designs exclusively for US jurisdictions — no split focus across markets with different codes and conventions.
The name
Renovanto comes from the Latin renovare — to renew. It describes the work: the renewal of how energy is generated, and the renewal of a design process that most installers have quietly accepted as slow.
Our mission
Remove the drafting queue as a constraint on solar deployment. Installers should be able to sell on Monday and submit for permit on Wednesday — without hiring for peak volume they only see four months a year.
