Terms of Service

Scope of work. Each engagement is defined by the written quote we issue. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Deliverables. Renovanto provides design and drafting services. Unless expressly quoted, deliverables are unstamped and require review by a licensed professional engineer before submission where the AHJ requires a stamp.

PE stamps. Stamps are coordinated through licensed partner engineers in the project state, quoted per state, and subject to that engineer's independent review and acceptance.

Revisions. Revisions within the agreed scope are included until the set is approved. AHJ comments arising from our work are corrected at no charge. Scope changes initiated by the client are re-quoted.

Payment. Invoices are issued in USD and payable by Wise or wire. New clients are prepaid per project; established accounts move to net-15 terms.

Ownership. On full payment, all deliverables and their source files belong to the client. Renovanto retains no publication rights over client projects without written consent.

Liability. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Field conditions, installation workmanship and equipment performance remain the responsibility of the installer.
