Privacy Policy

Renovanto collects only the information you submit through our quote form or send us by email: your name, company, contact details and the project files needed to produce your design deliverables.

How we use it. Project data is used solely to scope, produce and deliver the engineering work you request, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent or share client data with third parties for marketing.

Storage and access. Files are held on access-controlled cloud storage and shared only with the engineers assigned to your project. Where a PE stamp is required, the minimum necessary drawings are shared with the licensed partner engineer in your state.

Retention and deletion. Project files are retained for 12 months to support revisions and as-built work, and are deleted sooner on written request at project close.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. These tools set cookies and record anonymised interaction data; they do not receive your project files.
