We coordinate structural and electrical stamps through licensed partner engineers in the state of the project. Stamps are quoted per state and billed at cost plus coordination.

Invoiced in USD, payable by Wise or wire. New clients start prepaid per project; ongoing accounts move to net-15 billing after the first month.
